The City of Tipton is seeking qualified applicants for part time EMS providers at the EMT, AEMT and Paramedic certification level with at least one year of experience. The Tipton Ambulance Service operates two ambulances runs an average of 600 calls per year using a hybrid staffing approach. Applicants must be comfortable working with minimal supervision in stressful environments and willing to function in administrative and educational functions when not on calls.Preferred applicants should seek to be expanding their knowledge as a EMS provider in a rural setting and have an interest in engaging with the community through public outreach and education.The minimal qualifications for the position are listed on the attached job description and physical requirements form.
