The Tipton high school band, directed by Any Owen, will play the prelude and Rev. Ron Lashmit will give the welcome, followed by the Pledge of Al­legiance.

Rev. Lashmit will give the invocation and there will be patriotic selections performed by the high school band.

Marissa Rekemeyer, VFW scholarship winner, will present In Flanders Field and Jordan Ann Fisher, VFW men’s scholarship winner, will present the Gettysburg Address.

Retired U.S. Army Major General Robert Sentman will give the main address.

The benediction will be by Pastor Paul Frederiksen.

Floral tributes will be presented by the Daughters of the American Revolution, VFW Auxiliary, Marine Corp League, Boy Scouts of America Troop, 76, Boy Scouts of America Troop 2011 and others.

The salute will be provided by Color Guard of American Legion Post No. 123 and Veteran of Foreign Wars Post 2537, followed by taps.

In case of rain, the service will be held in the Tipton middle school gymnasium.
