The Tipton School District is a cornerstone of the community, with events and programs for all ages of school children. The district is continually praised for the number and variety of extra-curricular activites available for students as well as the high quality classroom education that Tipton students receive. Administrators work hard to assure continued success, from technology upgrades to school facility improvements. The High School works with local post-secondary institutions such as Kirkwood to provide dual-enrollment opportunities and partners with nearby North Cedar High School to provide cooperative learning programs for both schools.
